It’s a system: your 3-month roadmap to being seen
Your monthly roadmap from invisible to known
Building real presence online doesn’t happen overnight. But with a clear path, steady action, and a little accountability, you can go from overlooked to in demand in less time than you think.
Here’s a simple, practical roadmap to help you get there, one month, one step at a time.
Month 1: Set the Foundation
Week 1:
Audit your current online presence. What shows up when you Google yourself? What feels true? What needs a refresh?Week 2:
Clarify your core themes, values, and the “through line” that ties your work together. Update your About sections and bios everywhere you show up.Week 3:
Polish your home base: your website, Substack, or main platform. Make sure links work, photos are current, and your story feels real.Week 4:
Create or update your link aggregator. Cross-link your platforms, so the web of your work is clear and easy to navigate.
Month 2: Build Proof and Connection
Week 1:
Write and share a cornerstone post or project: something that feels unmistakably yours. Pin or feature it on your main profiles.Week 2:
Invite interaction: ask your audience a question, run a poll, or encourage comments on your next post.Week 3:
Reach out for guest posts, podcast spots, or collaborations in your field. Even one mention elsewhere can help your name travel.Week 4:
Share testimonials, case studies, or stories that show the difference your work makes.
Month 3: Expand and Sustain
Week 1:
Review your analytics and feedback. What’s connecting? Where is there silence? Adjust your approach accordingly.Week 2:
Do a mini-audit: are all links, bios, and offers current? Is your work being found for the right reasons?Week 3:
Try something new: a short video, Instagram story, YouTube Q&A, or different format to reach new people.Week 4:
Celebrate your progress. Note the changes, the new opportunities, and the clarity you’ve built. Set one new intention for the next quarter.
What to Expect
You won’t “arrive” at authority in 90 days, but you’ll see new connections, clearer feedback, and more people recognizing your real work.
You’ll have a system you can revisit, tweak, and expand as you grow.
Keep Going
Revisit this plan every quarter.
Keep what’s working, let go of what isn’t.
Show up, check in, and refine as you go.
