I floated in the pool today not to swim, just to stop. The water held me without asking for anything. No agenda. No urgency. Above me, palm leaves flickered in and out of view. Below, nothing but blue. My body, for once, not doing or fixing or proving. Just being. And that felt like enough.
It is good to remember water's buoyancy :)
